Lark is responsible for financial accounting and reporting, budgeting and financial forecasting, managing cash and investments, debt and credit facilities, relationships with rating agencies and state and federal tax compliance. North Carolina Electric Membership Corporation is experiencing strong financial stability and credit ratings thanks to her foresight, strategy and commitment to board education.
