TSE Services, a cooperatively owned market research organization founded by North Carolina’s Electric Cooperatives, is changing its name to Cooperative Insights, a reflection of the organization’s deep dedication to providing cooperative clients with key insights important to improving member satisfaction and engagement.
“We are privileged to be a part of and support ‘Co-op Nation’ by providing market research services, and our new identity as Cooperative Insights better reflects who we serve and what we do,” said Kristie Aldridge, Director of Cooperative Insights. “Cooperatives are in a position to lead industry change, much of which is consumer-facing, and we are grateful to help facilitate this leadership by providing co-ops with member insights that serve as the foundation to strategic and communications planning,” she said.
Through Cooperative Insights’ data analysis, cooperatives receive direct-from-member feedback about the cooperative value proposition, key drivers of satisfaction, loyalty and member engagement, as well as member perceptions of concepts like renewable energy, connected devices, reliability, outage restoration and whether the cooperative is looking out for its members’ best interest.
Along with the new name, Cooperative Insights clients can expect a few other changes, including modernized survey reports, a new website and new quantitative and qualitative research services, to be announced later this year. Stay tuned for more information.
