Cooperative members are encouraged to stay vigilant and heed local safety warnings as the storm moves across the state. Real-time outage information from electric cooperatives across the state is available on a Statewide Outage Map. Cooperative members experiencing a power outage are encouraged to report it to their cooperative. Outage reporting numbers can be found here.

Cooperative members are reminded to:

  • Never go near downed or sagging power lines and to report them immediately to your cooperative.
  • Never touch or attempt to clear debris from a downed power line. Always assume that power lines are energized and dangerous.
  • Stay tuned to local forecasts and your electric cooperative for the latest information on the storm and safety.
