What is EVConnectNC?

EVConnectNC is an EV telematics charging program offered by participating North Carolina electric cooperatives that uses connected vehicle data to understand charging behavior and encourage charging during periods of lower system cost. Members who meet program requirements can receive incentives for charging within prescribed periods, helping lower the cost of EV ownership.

This program also gives cooperatives valuable insight into EV charging patterns, enabling them to manage grid impacts more efficiently, control costs, and plan for future demand.
